And Iapos;m having an apple and some caramel-cream [soy] cheese dip. I feel like Iapos;ve eaten a huge amount of sugar today and was contemplating forgoing the caramel dip, but I really need the protein in the fake cream cheese.

Last night I decided to make an apple pie. No real reason, except that I felt like playing "Betty Crocker" (a game in which the player pretends to be a 1950s-style fictional character from a cookbook). I never took into consideration the length of time it would take to wash, peel, and slice 7 cups of apples. Takes a lot, apparently. Especially since I was working with apples from my parentsapos; backyard, so I had to cut off any bad spots.

I hope it tastes good. It looks really pretty

Turns out that I really like making pies. I feel like I need to be wearing an a-line shirtdress with a ruffly apron, though.

I need to marry a wealthy businessman so I can stay home and bake pies all day. Any takers?
